Rescue Standards

All Felix dogs are health checked, vaccinated, flea and worm treated before transport.

Adult dogs will have been spayed or neutered Pups under 6 months will be adopted with a separate neuter contract to be completed by 12 months unless a vet has said otherwise that the rescue pup cannot neutered/spayed the rescue must be informed by a email/letter from the vet confirming this.

Pups over 6 months will come over neutered unless otherwise advised by a vet. If not done you will be asked to sign a separate neutering agreement.

Our dogs have Blood tests for brucellosis (results are in the back of the passports) and 4DX (tick-borne diseases) (These tests are NOT Defra required at the moment) Vaccinations All dogs receive 2 doses of dhppi (or similar eg vanguard 7), 2 doses of lepto 2, one dose of the rabies vaccination.

All of this is documented in the dog's passport and will be shown to you by our fosterers. We pay for the microchip to be transferred over to you (PETRAC)
